  • Brief Intorduction for Polyurethane Hydrocyclone Separator

    Polyurethane Hydrocyclone Separator is one of the most important devices in the minerals industry, its main use in mineral processing being as a classifier, which has proved extremely efficient at fine separation size. Hydrocyclone is used to separate the removal of sewage heavy coarse particles of mud and sand and other material equipment which made by a circular column structures or metal pipe polyurethane inner cyclone parts.

     

     

    Structure for Polyurethane Hydrocyclone Separator

    Consists of a hollow cylindrical in the upper body of hydrocyclones, the lower part of a vertebral body that communicates with a cylinder, cylinder consisting of two hydrocyclones. In addition to this, hydrocyclone have feeding tubes, overflow pipe, overflow tube and sand.

    Operation Parameters for Polyurethane Hydrocyclone Separator

    (1) the feed pressure: feeding pressure is important parameter of the cyclone. High concentrations of feed, fluid viscous resistance increase, grading granularity thicker, lower classification efficiency. Practice has shown that the hierarchical granularity is at the 0.074mm, feed concentrations to 10%~20%.
