  • Introduction of gold mining hydrocyclone machinery:

    hydraulic cyclone is widely used in concentrator of nonferrous and ferrous, chemical, pharmaceutical, ceramics and other industries. It is mainly applied to the process of second paragraph grinding, coarse or concentrates re-grinding and the closed-circuit composed by mechanical grading machine, its grading operation is according to the particle size.

    In closed circuit grinding system, it features high classification efficiency and fine over fall fineness under high mine concentration.

    Classification efficiency is higher for 5-10% than common screw grader.

    It benefits for enhancing grader utilizing coefficient. Choose proper specification and mode of cyclone according to grinding processing capacity, over fall fineness and sedimentation concentration.

     The device has features of simple structure, long service life, large disposal capability, small land covering and no driving power consumption. It is a high efficient grading and de-sliming equipment of fine -particle material

    Ore-mud can enter the drum with the help of a certain pressure (usually 0.5 to 2.5 kg / cm) and velocity (about 5 to 12 m / sec) that caused by slurry pump, and the ore-mud will rotate with the surface of drum, and cause quite strong centrifugal force, rough or big ore-sand will move downwards with the centrifugal force and gravity. Then they will be discharged from the underside of the cone, whereas some thin sand will be discharged from the overfalling pipe.
