Working principle of centrifuge concentrator: by rotating high-speed centrifuge rotor to generate strong centrifugal force, speed up the settlement of particles in the liquid, thus separate the materials by the difference of settlement coefficient and buoyancy density.
The rotate drum, a cylinder that rotates around its axis at high speed, driven by an electric motor. The added soliquoid is moving to rotate at the same speed as the drum, under the centrifugal force, the components are separated and discharged respectively. Generally, the higher the rotate speed, the better the gold separation effect.
